Lactose-free quark gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 250 g lactose-free low-fat quark
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 75 g hard wheat semolina
  • 30 g lactose-free spreadable butter
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 lemone
  • 3 tbsp Panko
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 ml olive oil
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 0.5 onion

How it’s done

Soft and tasty gnocchi – lactose-free!

Dough: Mix together the quark, eggs, flour, semolina, butter, lemon zest and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Using a spoon, form the mixture into cylinders and cook in salted boiling water. Sauté the bacon and chopped onions in a little olive oil. Add the Panko and fry until golden brown. When the gnocchi float to the surface of the water, drain and add to the frying pan, turning them. Garnish with chopped chives to serve.
