How it’s done

Delicious pizza – the easy way

For a 30 cm pizza

Preheat the oven to 200°C (upper and lower heat).

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Combine the tomato paste with water, olive oil and oregano. In a separate bowl, add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until thoroughly combined. Add the yoghurt and sunflower oil to the dry ingredients and mix to form a smooth dough.

Shape the dough into a ball, then roll it out with a rolling pin until it is approximately 1.5 cm thick. Place the rolled-out dough onto a metal baking sheet that is covered with a sheet of baking paper. Now press down the dough with your hands from the inside outward to form a crust.

Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza dough, leaving a 1 cm crust around the edge. Sprinkle mozzarella onto the tomato sauce. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese. Bake the pizza in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Take the pizza out of the oven and top with the fresh rocket.
