Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Filona cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ml milk
  • 125 g flour
  • Salt, pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 slices raw ham
  • handful baby spinach leaves

How it’s done

Mix the eggs, milk and flour. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to cool for 30 minutes. Grease a non-stick pan and heat; pour the crêpe mixture into the pan using a ladle, distributing it evenly. Cook so that both sides are the same colour. Spread the finished crêpes with a little cream cheese. Marinate the spinach in salt, pepper and olive oil; add the spinach and ham to the crêpes and roll up.
