Ingredients

Cream

  • 2 packs of Filona Cream Cheese Nature
  • 5 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods (or 2 tsp vanilla paste)
  • 1 mandarin (juice)

Tiramisu

  • 12 sponge fingers (3 per glass)
  • 4 mandarins (juice)
  • 2 mandarins (sliced)

How it’s done

Step 1:

Mix Filona Cream Cheese Nature in a bowl with a whisk with icing sugar, vanilla and the juice of one mandarin.

Step 2:

Peel 2 mandarins and cut into slices. Squeeze 4 mandarins, cut the sponge fingers into thirds by hand and dip them in the juice. Place the soaked ladyfingers in a glass, pour the cream on top, place 3 mandarin slices on top and start again. Finish with a mandarin slice on top.

Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
