Mozzarella hearts with spring greens and basil dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 pack. Züger Mozzarella Herzli
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 250 g mixed greens, picked and ready to eat
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

How it’s done

Like the classic – but with heart
Place mozzarella hearts in a sieve to drain. Cut the tomatoes into thin wedges. Remove the stem from the pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds and ribs. Cut the pepper halves into thin strips. Arrange the mixed greens and the remaining ingredients onto four plates. Pick the basil leaves from the stems and slice into thin strips. Combine the lemon juice, raspberry vinegar, honey and olive oil to make a dressing and dress the salad with it.
