One-Pot Pasta with Züger Organic Ricotta

Ingredients

  • 120g rigatoni
  • Garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • One cup of Züger organic ricotta
  • 100 light cream with 7 % fat

How it’s done

  1. First we cook our pasta and then we put the ricotta and tomatoes into the casserole dish.
  2. Followed by the garlic and olive oil.
  3. Season it all and put it in the oven. You can also add the light cream directly,
  4. After the whole thing has been in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180°, we take it out.
  5. Now we add basil with "pasta water", squeeze out the garlic and mix everything with the pasta & Finally, for the perfect consistency, we add the good Parmesan!
