Ingredients

  • 250 g ricotta
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 60 g sugar
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 250 ml single cream
  • 1 vanilla pod

How it’s done

Get ready for summer! Easy home-made ice cream
Ice cream: Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and beat well over hot water until creamy. Sieve the ricotta and add it to the mixture, mixing well; then add the vanilla seeds, lemon juice and lemon zest. Whip the cream until stiff and then gently fold in. Pour the mixture into a tin and place in the freezer for about six Hours.
