Ingredients

  • 2 BBQ kebabs
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1 spring fresh coriander
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 2 crème fraîche
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 ml Olive oil
  • Herb salad

How it’s done

Crispy filled corn tortilla cups (use shop-bought tortillas to bake at home)
Bake the tortillas in the oven at 160°C until crispy (approx. 10 minutes). Grill or fry the kebabs and then cut into small cubes. Chop the tomatoes and onions and add them to the meat. Add a little lime zest and lime juice. Add the chopped coriander and olive oil. Season to taste and serve. Season the crème fraîche to taste and serve with the marinated herb salad.
