Ingredients

  • 1 pack Mozzavella (125g)
  • 1 cup White Flour
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Italian Herbs
  • 1 tbsp Paprika Powder
  • 1 tsp Back Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Milk
  • 1/4 cup Corn Flour
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs

How it’s done

Take three bowls and add the corn flour to one bowl, white flour to another bowl and bread crumbs to the last bowl. Mix the sea salt, Italian herbs, paprika powder, black pepper powder together with the white flour. Mix the milk with the corn flour. Cut the mozzavella into 8 equal pieces. Prepare your fryer or heat up oil in a pot. Now using different forks in each bowl, cover a piece of mozzavella in the white flour, followed by the corn flour mix and finally the bread crumb mix. Repeat for all pieces. Fry all the prepared sticks on medium - high heat for about 3 minutes. Remove from the oil and serve hot with your favorite dips!
