Vegan wrap with mozza vella

Stuffed wraps that taste delicious and the combination with rocket, tomato and pesto is perfect. The MozzaVella is based on almonds and oats, is vegan, gluten-free and can be prepared hot or cold.

Ingredients

Ingredients for 3-4 portions:

3 wholemeal wraps

125g MozzaVella

4 tsp vegan green pesto

150g cherry tomatoes

100g rocket salad

How it’s done

1. brown the wraps briefly on both sides in a pan (without oil) over a high heat.

2 Wash the tomatoes and rocket, cut the tomatoes in half.

3 Spread the wraps with pesto, top with rocket and tomatoes.

4. cut the mozza vella into thin slices, place on the wraps and season with salt/pepper to taste.

5 Carefully roll up the wraps, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
