Vegan italian burger

This delicious burger uses our vegan MozzaVella, which gives it its unique flavor. Together with a hearty vegan patty, fresh arugula and juicy tomatoes, the result is a delicious vegan version of the classic.

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 50g tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp aceto balsamico
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Patties
  • 2 Buns
  • Ruccola
  • Tomato
  • 1 MozzaVella

How it’s done

For the sauce, dice the apple and sauté with the onions and garlic in a hot pan with oil for about 5 minutes. Then add the balsamic vinegar and mix well. Fry for another 2min. Now put the contents of the pan with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend to a sauce. Add a little water if needed. Finely slice the tomato and MozzaVella, fry the patties, toast the buns and top the burger.
