Ingredients

  • 250g Mascarvone
  • 180ml Vegan Cream
  • 50ml Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 40g Sugar (or Erithrit for sugar free version)
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest (freshly grated)
  • Garnish suggestion: more freshly grated lemon zest and thin lemon slices

How it’s done

Add all the ingredients into a blender jar and blend until everything is smoothly combined. Transfer the blended cream to little dessert cups. Garnish with lemon zest and lemon slices.
Set in the fridge for at leat 4 hours to chill. Serve chilled.
